At The Aqua Man, we want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchased from your aquarium. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

 

  • You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., live plants, fish), custom products, and clearance items, are non-returnable.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

 

Exchanges

Shipping Returns
